Yuri Hohlov took part in a meeting of the State Council commission in the direction of “Communications, communications, digital economy”

On April 26, 2024, in the meeting room of the Regional Management Center in the Moscow Region, a meeting of the State Council commission in the direction of “Communications, Communications, Digital Economy” was chaired by Assistant to the President, Secretary of the State Council Igor Levitin and Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov.

The meeting was attended by the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev, as well as deputy senior officials of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, representatives of federal and regional executive authorities, expert organizations, development and business institutions.

Igor Levitin, opening the meeting, indicated that proposals for new national projects should be formulated by the commission in accordance with the strategic objectives set by the President in the Address to the Federal Assembly. At the same time, the State Council commission in the direction of “Communications, communications, digital economy” will have to develop proposals for a new national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State.”

This national project is designed to ensure the achievement of one of the national development goals related to the digital transformation of state and municipal government, the economy and the social sphere.

Presentations were made by the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrei Vorobyov, the Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev, the Minister of the Moscow Government – Head of the Moscow Department of Information Technologies Eduard Lysenko.

The meeting participants got acquainted with the experience of the Moscow region in the implementation of the current national project “Digital Economy”, considered questions about the preparation of a new national project “Data Economy and Digital Transformation of the State” and the use of Moscow’s experience within its framework, the priorities and key challenges of the regions until 2030.

Following the discussion, Andrei Vorobyov noted that the commission will analyze and take into account all proposals coming from the regions, from business and scientific and expert organizations in the new national project.

The meeting was attended by IIS Chairman Yuri Hohlov. He recommended ensuring the consistency of national development goals in terms of digital transformation and the decomposition of relevant measurable indicators for achieving set goals at the federal, regional and municipal levels with regular monitoring of control values ​​in the national project and in the updated strategies for digital transformation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.
