The New Izvestia newspaper, in order to prepare the article “Closing the Gaps: Why the Introduction of Electronic Сonscription Тotifications is Postponed Until 2025,” which was published on September 20, 2023, turned to several experts for comments, including Yuri Hohlov, Chairman of IIS Board of Directors, full member of the Russian Academy of Engineering.
Yu. Hohlov emphasizes how difficult it is to provide the Ministry of Defense with access to the relevant electronic register and create the necessary secure communication channels. In this regard, the Ministry of Digital Development believes that electronic notifications will not be introduced until 2025.
